1. General Refund Policy

All sales of MyTVStream services are final. Due to the digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds or credits for purchased subscriptions.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any remaining unused portion of your subscription period.

3. Exceptions

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis and grant them at our sole discretion. Refund requests must meet the following criteria:

• Request is made within 24 hours of purchase
• No substantial portion of the service has been used
• Technical issues that prevent service usage that cannot be resolved by our support team
• Duplicate or accidental purchases

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with:

• Your full name
• Email address used for purchase
• Reason for refund request
• Any relevant supporting documentation

5. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• The refund will be credited to the original method of payment
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

6. Service Termination

Upon receiving a refund, your access to MyTVStream services will be terminated immediately.
